The 2017 edition follows an award-winning 2016 vintage and a growing following of the Trebbiano Spoletino grape variety. Produced using soft pressing of whole grape bunches with fermentation at a constant temperature of 18 degrees for 15 days in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
This wine has an Intense, straw, golden colour and a nose of tropical fruit and citrus flavours. A full acidic structure, typical of Trebbiano Spoletino, with great balance and length.
Pairs well with white meats, seafood and shellfish or to accompany cream-based pasta dishes or semi-matured cheeses.
